Hot Work setting: High-rise building construction sites. Construction site Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Measure, cut, fit and install drywall sheets. Install exterior and interior steel studs. Install vapour barriers and thermal and sound insulation. Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met. Clean work area. Apply successive coats of compound and sand seams and joints Equipment and machinery experience: Circular saws. Nail guns. Drills. Hand tools Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Valid driver's licence Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Manual dexterity. Repetitive tasks.
