Bindery Operator

Salary: $17.00 to $22.00 hourly

Responsibilities: Set up and operate bindery equipment such as trimmers, folders, collators, and stitchers. Monitor production process to ensure quality standards are met. Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results. Perform routine maintenance on equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area - Move, jog, and skid stock (lifting required) Requirements: A minimum of 3 years previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role running/maintaining print equipment. Proficient in operating bindery equipment. Knowledge of different binding techniques and materials. Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications. Strong attention to detail and quality control. Good problem-solving skills. Forklift certification is considered an asset, but not required.
