Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 annually

Investment Planning Counsel is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-service orientated individual to join our team. The Receptionist is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and an overall positive experience. RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Greet clients and guests. Maintain an upscale atmosphere focused on customer satisfaction and positive client relationships. Confirming appointments. Managing Calendars. Answer incoming phone calls. Interact with clients and walk-ins.. Receive and sort daily mail / deliveries / couriers. Making sure correct information is on file for clients. Managing client and office events. Other tasks as needed REQUIREMENTS: Highschool Diploma. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.. Strong technology and computer skills- knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). This is full time position. Office
