Crown Vapour is looking for a Full-time sales associate! We are looking for staff to work the 4 days on and 4 days off shift, 10am-9pm. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and understanding various vaping products.. Educate customers on different vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories, explaining their features, benefits, and usage.. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays, shelves, and counters.. Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage inventory levels.. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to vaping products.. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions or guidance effectively. Requirements: Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.. Knowledge or interest in vaping products and their usage.. Ability to work in a team and independently.
