North Ridge Development Corporation, a leader in the residential construction industry, is looking for an ambitious, customer service oriented New Home Sales Consultant willing to commit to irregular hours with our Regina team. A sales professional with a teachable attitude, you will be responsible for guiding your clients from home selection, through construction to move in. Top-notch listening skills and both verbal and written communication skills are essential. Please note that this is a commission-based position. Primary Responsibilities: Execute an effective sales process in both a show home/show suite as well as working with clients on their schedule, following up on all leads, monitoring, and reporting on advertising results.. Understand and communicate to clients the home construction process.. Manage the full cycle sales process.. Compile all sales documentation and obtain required signatures.. Maintain complete and accurate client files.. Ability to learn new computer progra
